TWO PLANS · PICK HOW MUCH AGENT YOU WANT

Capture the ledger.
Or close it.

Ledger captures, classifies, and certifies every receipt, transaction, and trip — and drafts your Schedule C. Co-pilot adds an agent that closes your month for you and a ledger that answers questions with citations. One flat price either way: no seats, no per-entity upcharge, no "contact sales."

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

01

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Connect a bank, run the 12-month deduction scan, and keep the savings reveal — no card. Free includes 10 receipts/month and 1 entity for ongoing capture. When you need unlimited receipts, multiple entities, the monthly-close agent, or conversational chat with citations, start a 14-day Co-pilot trial right from the savings reveal — still no card upfront.
02

What's the difference between Ledger and Co-pilot?

Ledger is the book. It captures transactions, receipts, and trips, keeps them hash-chained and audit-ready, and drafts your Schedule C. Co-pilot is the agent on top of the book — an Opus run that closes your month for you, plus a conversational surface that answers questions in plain English with clickable citations back to the source row. If you want to do the work yourself, pick Ledger at $12.99/mo. If you want the AI to do the work, pick Co-pilot at $16.99/mo. You can switch either way, any time, from the customer portal.
03

What if I have multiple businesses?

Included in both plans. Every business is an Entity in the app — your receipts, transactions, trips, and Schedule C preview are per-entity from day one. No per-seat, no per-entity upcharge.
04

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Stripe Customer Portal, one click, no lock-in. Your data stays exportable for 30 days in read-only mode, then another 30 days export-only, so you're never stranded at the moment of cancellation.
05

Who owns my data?

You do. A full export — JSON ledger plus every original receipt image — is a button in Settings. We store on Neon Postgres and Cloudflare R2 with AES-256-GCM at rest; we don't sell, share, or train on your ledger.
06

What does the agent actually do?

Most tax software captures — receipts, transactions, mileage — and stops there. The Co-pilot agent closes: an Opus run reads your transactions, matches them to receipts, surfaces missed deductions, proposes reclassifications, and drafts a Schedule C preview, visibly stepping through its reasoning rather than disappearing behind a spinner. A conversational ledger sits alongside it — ask "how much did I spend on travel to Laredo this quarter?" and get a number with clickable citations back to the source transactions.
07

Is my tax data secure?

The audit log is append-only and hash-chained (SHA-256 linking every row to the previous), receipt images preserve their EXIF timestamps for IRS defense, and Plaid access tokens are libsodium-encrypted at rest — they never touch a human operator. The Audit Vault screen shows you the immutable record. If the IRS asks, you have receipts.
